The packing of air receiver tanks

To ensure the air receiver tank (air tank) is fully protected from mechanical damage, corrosion, and moisture during long-distance ocean/air freight, YCZX, the professional air receiver tank manufacturer has implemented following process to ensure safety packaging.

1. Wrap Cushioning material such as EPE foam on connectors/ports and brackets to avoid Shock and protect surface fragile parts

2. Overall Wrapping:

1) Wrap each entire tank completely with 2-3 layers of pearl cottons.

2) Secure the opening with tape to ensure no exposed areas.

3) Pay special attention to wrapping corners and vulnerable parts to reinforce cushioning.

3. Packing:

1) Line the bottom of the carton with a layer of foam board.

2) Place the wrapped air receiver into the carton, filling all gaps around to ensure no move around inside.

3) Line the top with another layer of foam board.

4. Sealing boxes and palletizing

1）Secure the edges and top (eight sides) with corner protectors.

2）Pass the packing straps through the bottom of the pallet.
